Doña Isa Beneficio Rio Negro Washed

This washed caturra and catuai was grown by a group of 11 women coffee producers in Coto Brus, Costa Rica brought together by Hacienda La Minita. Right off brew, we taste stone fruits like cherry and nectarine. Bright, lively acidity brings clarity and sweetness to the cup, while a creamy, rounded body develops as it cools, leading to a smooth, comforting pistachio-like finish.

We recommend four weeks of rest from roast date for the best cup.
