Edgar Rene Cosigua Gesha Washed

Just a few bags left of this coffee first featured in our TAKE A SEAT guided tasting series and offered to our ON REPEAT subscribers. 

An extra special washed processed gesha by Edgar Rene Cosigua grown on his family farm in Panimaquip on Volcán Atitlán. Thanks to a larger harvest in 2026, the best coffees usually reserved for the Cosigua family's own enjoyment made it to market this year. 

This coffee coats the tongue with a full floral, honey like viscosity complimented with fruit sweetness. As a pour over, we noted violet, peach, and milk chocolate. 

We recommend four weeks of rest from roast date for the best cup.
