Fredy Orantes Buena Vista Gesha Natural

Just a few bags left of this coffee first featured in our TAKE A SEAT guided tasting series and offered to our ON REPEAT subscribers. 

A natural processed gesha grown by Fredy Orantes, a leading coffee producer in the Santa Rosa region of Guatemala. The coffee cherries were handpicked at peak ripeness, transported to the wet mill and then floated as a second layer of selection to remove lower-density beans. The coffee was then dry processed on raised beds for 25-30 days. 

This coffee shined as a pour over highlighting classic gesha florals and sweet acidity that reminded us of orange blossom, raspberry, and white chocolate. This summery coffee is well suited for mixed coffee drinks, like a refreshing espresso(up) tonic.  

We recommend four weeks of rest from roast date for the best cup.
