Layo Teraga Washed

Grown at an incredible elevation of 2,200 MASL, this coffee develops slowly, resulting in dense, sweet, and complex flavors. The Layo Teraga Producers Cooperative, founded in the 1970s, is made up of 1,841 smallholder members working together to share the coffees of the Ethiopian highlands with the world.

In the cup, we found a range of complex flavors. We ultimately settled on berry, nougat, and graham cracker to capture this varietal’s florality, sweetness, and comforting depth.

We recommend four weeks of rest from roast date for the best cup.
