Suke Quto Guji-1 Washed

This coffee is the result of the work and dedication of Tesfaye Bekele, an early specialty coffee farming pioneer and owner of Suke Quto Farm in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone. Suke Quto is an organic and Rainforest Alliance–certified farm spanning highlands and valleys with rich volcanic soil, conditions that contribute to Guji’s signature bright acidity and minerality.

This coffee represents a classic Guji profile, with distinct florality and citrus sweetness. As a pour over, we noted cane sugar, bergamot, and lemon meringue.

We recommend four weeks of rest from roast date for the best cup.
